The Realist’s Take
So, this Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month, clear your calendar, stock up on churros and spread out on your magical Disney carpet (also known as your sofa). Prepare to embark on a journey across Hispanic and Latino cultures from the comfort of your own magical castle, brought to you by the wizards at Disney. Conjure up stories of Alzheimer’s disease seen through a Hispanic/Latino lens, jam with Latin pop music stars, down some cuatro leches cake with Miguel, and explore Chilean wildlife… all without leaving your cushioned throne. Don’t forget the enchanted button (your remote) that controls it all. It’s gonna be a fiesta of feels, knowledge, chills, and occasional spills (pretty sure those come standard with any carpet ride). Just remember, if you decide to ask the genie for three wishes, use one of them to wish for more Disney content. And, let’s take a moment to appreciate that nowhere else has heritage months ever been more magical!
